‘Silence in Beth’s Merry Autumn’ is the newest offering from The Fallen Mighty, making up a third release since 2022 – one that’s worth the wait.
The single is contemplative, with mellow keys and a gentle yet raw melody, with the song both written and produced by TFM, whilst mixed by Martin Cooke and mastered by Ian Sefchick, both Grammy nominees.
The Fallen Mighty explain:
“It is so difficult to live in the present, and we all to some degree dwell on and nostalgize the past as well as dread or eagerly anticipate the future. And I constantly need to remind myself, like a mantra, that the cliché is true: There is only now. The philosopher Douglas Rushkoff is correct when he says if you’re not doing it now, you’re not doing it. Whatever “it” is, it only *is* if it is now.”
