The family-based music trio consisting of Joe, Nick and Kevin made a young fan’s day after visiting her before one their shows in Pennsylvania, US.
The fan, Lily Jordan, 16, couldn’t attend the group’s concert due to an urgent chemotherapy treatment for cancer.
Lily put out a plea on Instagram asking for the Jonas Brothers to visit her at Penn State Children’s Hospital.
Before long, fans began tagging the band’s official Instagram page on the post.
These also caught the eye of Scott Perry, a local representative for Pennsylvania.
Perry posted on Facebook: “PRAYERS NEEDED! Our good friend Lily is fighting for her life in Hershey tonight, and so badly wanted to see the Jonas Brothers tomorrow night at Hersheypark, but can’t because of her urgent treatment.”
“If there is anyway for them to visit her, we are lifting up her hopes and our prayers for help.”
Fortunately, the band saw the post and stopped by Lily’s hospital on their way to the show.
While they were there the group took pictures and signed autographs for Lily and her friends.
Lily described the experience as “unforgettable.”

“Wow. The power of social media you guys. YOU did this. YOU made my crappy chemo session into something incredibly special and unforgettable.” She wrote.
