Headlining the final day at Lollapalooza, Arcade Fire covered ‘Mind Games‘ by John Lennon.
During the rare cover, they included a small part of the outro from Radiohead‘s ‘Karma Police‘ and a snippet of David Bowie‘s ‘Oh! You Pretty Things‘ before finishing off with their own song, ‘Wake Up‘.
The band also debuted a live performance of ‘Good God Damn‘ from their fifth studio album, Everything Now. The album was released on 28th July and debuted at number one in the American charts, making it their third US number-one album.
Arcade Fire still have a string of live dates throughout North America and Canada left on their Infinite Content tour, which will run until December. They are also scheduled to play a UK Arena tour in April.
