Following on from their emphatic creative momentum this year so far, and a viral moment sending thousands of new fans spiralling to their attention, Tony & the Kiki are back with their latest single ‘B.N.T.’. A glam-filled alt-rock anthem, the band look to spread their glitter-soaked sound, empowering LGBT members across the globe.
As the track kicks off with a peering drum riff, the track soon explodes into a sonic boom of colour and rhythm. Taking cues from the likes of Queen and Blondie, the band leans into the nostalgic, plugged-in sound of the blues era, bringing their own distinctive glow as they lay down their law over the airwaves. Featuring Josephine Network on guitar duties, ‘B.N.T.’ is the carefree anthem that needs to be belted loud and proud, sticking it to the haters whilst bolstering themselves as ever-expansive songwriters.
Commenting on the release, frontperson Tony dives in, “B.N.T. is a middle finger with a red stiletto manicure, stacked in rings and tattooed sigils, “And Josephine Network shredding on this track? Total fire. I stan her completely.”
