Sterling Grove enlist Robot Koch for ‘Beneath’ ft Jono McCleery remix

Sterling Grove have unleashed a brand new Robot Koch remix of their track ‘Beneath‘ featuring Jono McCleery.

The original track featured on Sterling Grove’s debut album, Parallel Lines, which dropped back in December. Now, the duo are gearing up to release a remix compilation of their striking debut with the first offering coming from Berlin-based artist, Robot Koch.

Packed with giant ethereal chords and McCleery’s haunting vocals drenched in reverb, ‘Beneath‘, is an atmospheric journey steeply laden with quaking bass hits, shuffling percussion and enchanting plucks. Listen to the new cut below.

Speaking about how the new remix came to fruition, the Montreal artists explained: “We sent over both “Parallel Lines” & “Beneath,” and not long after, [Robot Koch] sent us back the remix of “Beneath,” and the minute we heard it we said, ‘Why didn’t we do something like this?’ We felt like it was the perfect set starter for our club sets as opposed to the original that felt like the ending of show…
