Music veteran Graham Perry and musician/producer/engineer Brad Cole teamed up to bring “Matter of a Fact” to life. After meeting up at a funeral for a former Order of Silence band member and friend, Ernie Aguilar, Graham and Brad thought the time was right to create music once again. The creative juices were flowing to the max on this new project as Order of Silence is back!
