West London collective, Sports Team, have shared their bruising debut single, ‘Stanton‘.
‘Stanton‘ sees the Cambridge alumni turned post-punk group channelling their millennial depression and cynicism into a brooding heavyweight monster. The track trudges steadily along amidst an array of snarling vocals and grunting guitars until it drastically kicks things up a notch. The song’s final frontier sees the band unleash their fury, providing an insanely climactic pay off to a track that’s already a beast.
