The Tallest Man on Earth has shared the lead single from his upcoming album – his first in four years.
The Tallest Man on Earth, AKA Kristian Matsson, is set to release I Love You. It’s A Fever Dream digitally on the 19th of April and physically on the 28th June via AWAL Recordings.
Lead single ‘I’m A Stranger Now’ features a characteristically complex guitar melody from the Swedish artist – listen to it below:
Speaking of the record, which Matsson wrote, produced and engineered himself, he said: “Making the album, I was thinking a lot about the lenses we view our lives through. For some reason, our worst tendencies seem to be carried out so loudly, while our best can go unnoticed. I’ve come to realize that some of the most powerful, most inspiring moments in my life have been the most subtle and that so often the thing that deserves my attention, is trying the least to get it.”
To accompany record’s physical release, The Tallest Man on Earth will embark on a world tour, coming to London in June for the All Points East festival and returning later for a full tour in the Autumn – check out the dates below:
