MGMT have released their third single from their upcoming album, ‘Little Dark Age‘.
The dreamy track comes after the release of the album’s title track and ‘When You Die‘. The songs all come from their highly-anticipated album which is due for release this year, although the date has not been confirmed. The New Yorker has reported that it will drop in February.
The follow-up to their 2013 self-titled album will feature collaborations from Ariel Pink and Connan Mockasin and was produced by Patrick Wimberly. MGMT guitarist revealed to Q Magazine that the band took a “microdose of acid” with the producer but they took too much. Speaking of the incident, guitarist Andrew VanWyngarden said: “I spent hours screaming at the top of my lungs about Pakistan.”
