Chris Youngstone, a one-man creative force from Incheon, South Korea, channels divine revelation into music that resonates deeply while staying undeniably catchy. “I know with certainty that God is the one who helps us overcome the challenges of this life,” Youngstone shares. Chris Youngstone’s music is inseparable from his spiritual journey. After rediscovering faith through prayer and scripture at sixteen, he aligned his artistry with a higher purpose. My gifts were granted by God so I could serve His purposes, he explains. This track, inspired by prayer and divine guidance, aims to uplift listeners facing personal burdens. “I hope they’ll imagine sharing their load with God, if only once,” he says, believing that sincere connection can lead to victory in life’s challenges.
Youngstone, who runs his own one-person label, is already planning his next single, Disturber, while exploring acting opportunities to expand his creative reach. He has drawn significant sonic inspiration from Gen Hoshino and Bruno Mars, and by absorbing the influence of both Eastern and Western mainstream pop artists, he naturally internalized the essence of both musical worlds. This duality of sound has been refined and solidified by his faith, shaping his signature style, what he calls “Soul-driven Pop with a Divine Perspective.”
