Breeze delivers the high-voltage ‘Superheroes’

With a growing momentum in the latter quarter of 2025, Breeze continues to waste no time this winter as they roll out ‘Superheroes’. It’s an indie-rock firework, a jolt of immediacy where drums, bass and guitars set the pace at restless and driving.

Confident and headstrong in the verses, embodying their stage presence of rough edges in recorded format, the choruses are swaggering yet sombre, urgent and almost uplifting. Breeze shows their chops as a band that can sound huge without sounding overdone. Thick and rich, full of charm and bold energy, keeping their themes in a place that feels personal but easy to find yourself in, too.

The band shares, “‘Superheroes’ is my take on an indie rock anthem, it’s built to have you shouting every word and losing yourself in the moment. When I started writing ‘Superheroes,’ it all began with the chords. The moment I played them, they hit me like a scene straight out of a superhero movie, and they painted a picture in my head, like I was flipping through the pages of a comic book. From there, the song practically wrote itself. It felt less like writing a track and more like scripting a movie, like a story where the character speaks directly to the audience.”

Made up of brothers Albert, Harry and Alfred Anderson, the Breeze trio debuted back in 2021, sharing lineups with Kasabian and Royal Blood at Y Not Festival. Touring the UK and France, receiving a steady trickle of tastemaker attention, their new collaborations with Embrace’s Richard McNamara have shed a new light on their talent.
