Having first met at music college in 2015, the pair were instant best friends, bonding over their shared love for Taylor Swift and have been inseparable ever since.
When they started writing songs and recording covers together for fun, it very quickly became apparent that they captured something very special as a duo and that was just the start of their musical journey together.
Emma & Jolie burst onto the UK Country scene in 2020 with debut single ‘I Don’t Need A Man’ which shot straight to #1 in the UK Country iTunes Chart and #32 in the All Genre iTunes Chart.
The two friends had both hurt by previous toxic relationships, so they sat down to process their experiences the best way they know how and emerged with their beautiful new single ‘All That Glitters’.
‘All That Glitters’ sees Emma & Jolie shine with beautiful vocal harmonies and catchy pop melodies.
“We originally came up with the idea “All That Glitters isn’t Gold” meaning sometimes, even though somebody can seem amazing, shiny, wonderful…they really aren’t! They are just fools gold!
We wrote the song in lockdown with Adam Fitzgerald and as soon as we finished writing we knew this was going to be our next single and have been so excited to release it ever since.”
