Ivy Flindt‘s latest video is a gorgeous collage of scenic shots and darkened natural landscapes that wrap around the duo’s 2018 release ‘Give It A Break‘. Made up of Cate Martin and Micha Holland, the pair’s latest offering is packed with glowing vocals, subtle piano and commanding riffs.
The track featured on their 11-track LP ‘In Every Move’, and the indie pop duo have received rapturous acclaim from the likes of Rolling Stone and Blues Magazine.
Discussing the relevance of ‘Give It A Break‘, Ivy Flindt explain:
“We chose the piece, of course, because it fits the current situation in that we are all confronted with something new that can also be frightening. And what do you actually do when a routine no longer works or simply fails? This also gives you the opportunity to reflect and find ways out or new ways.”
