Run The Jewels have shared a new song, ‘Mean Demeanor‘, which featured in a trailer for EA Sports‘ upcoming FIFA 18 video game.
The track-featuring trailer dropped yesterday and included the ‘El Tornado Mix‘ of the track. ‘Mean Demeanor‘ isn’t the first song by RTJ to be featured in a video game trailer – the duo’s track ‘Panther Like A Panther‘, taken from their most recent album Run The Jewels 3, was premiered in a trailer for Gears of War 4 last Autumn.
The new track is a heavy-weight percussive banger packed with roaring electric guitars, wonky siren-like synths, DJ scratches and sleigh bells. The team continues to deliver the heat again on ‘Mean Demeanor‘. Listen to the track below.
The new track is set to take place on the FIFA 18 soundtrack alongside other artists including alt-J, Mura Masa, Lorde, The xx, ODESZA, Slowdive, Stormzy, and more.
