Kathy Sabol is a Catholic musician and songwriter from Pittsburgh, PA where her songs are cathartic. Writing straight from the heart, Kathy is not afraid to be vulnerable on the new EP. ‘Speak To Me’ features four reflective pieces that evoke strong feelings and hold a special place in Kathy’s life.
On the title track, “Speak To Me”, the listener will get hit with heartfelt and striking lyrics & vocals. Kathy’s spirited words cut right through making for a powerful performance. We hear a wonderful voice on the following song “Rescue Me” that grabs you right away. “Rescue Me” is musically rich and gripping all the way. Track three, “Father’s House”, the lyrics really stand out and the sound is intriguing. “Father’s House” offers deep, mindful material that will have an immediate impact on the audience. Kathy closes out the record with “Jigsaw” that is beautifully done musically, lyrically and vocally. This closing number features a fantastic arrangement and interesting angle where “life is like a Jigsaw puzzle”.
