Mosimann unveils the second official release from his viral Dream Track series, this time taking on ‘Ghost,’ the Platinum-certified single of French rock ensemble Skip the Use and flipping it into a forward-facing, serotonin-surging dance record.
On camera together with Skip The Use vocalist Mat Bastard, Mosimann dives into the band’s archive and summons 2012 hit ‘Ghost’ for a slick reincarnation.
The song’s themes of urgency, resilience, and chasing time feel just as sharp in 2026, now amplified through Mosimann’s electronic lens, laying down cinematic production, festival-ready energy. The original chorus of young voices gives way to a hauntingly beautiful female vocal lead, adding emotional depth while preserving the track’s anthemic core.
The result is an uplifting, hope-inspiring single destined to unite modern dancefloors in the summer ahead. Bridging eras and genres and connecting French rock nostalgia with modern electronic intensity.
‘Ghosts’ is the second official release to come from Mosimann’s viral Dream Track series which prompts musical and celebrity guests (Ariana Grande, Rita Ora, Bob Sinclar, Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson), to answer the question “what would your dream track sound like?” Mosimann then transforms those ideas into a fully realized production, crafting a unique sonic identity each time and racking up over 270 million organic worldwide views since the series inception.
The debut single to manifest from dream state to reality was ‘Halo’ with Polish artist Tribbs in the final months of 2025. The release quickly climbed into the Top 10 Airplay Chart and #12 on Shazam in Poland and charting on Spotify Viral 50 France.
With the release of ‘Ghosts,’ Mosimann continues his exploration into the minds of some of the planet’s best loved creators, readying to share his findings in full with fans across his headline European Dream Tour coming this Spring.
Mosimann and Skip The Use ‘Ghosts’ is out now on Sony Music.
