Cork’s experimental electronic-pop artist HANNAHBELLA released her vibrant new single, ‘Skin’, on July 24th. Known for her genre-bending originality, HANNAHBELLA blends glitchy hyper-pop, techno elements, and alt-rock, earning acclaim across press, radio, and playlists.
Produced and mixed with Jessica Richardson (WhenTheBeatIsBad), ‘Skin’ opens with swirling synths and choppy beats, showcasing Hannah’s elegant vocals and harmonies. The track evolves with a grinding sub-heavy bass and a captivating spoken-word chorus, culminating in a soundscape that balances accessibility with experimentation.
HANNAHBELLA explains, “I wanted to create a haunting love song that’s hot and sharp, reflecting two intertwined spirits. We kept the sound minimal yet huge, and when that fierce bass line was born, we were obsessed.”
